3L GROUP OF COMPANIES established since the year 2000 with primary business activity involved in the manufacturing of product packaging and finishing works.
3L FORMING SDN.BHD. as another key subsidiary company is the market leader in the manufacturing of thermo-forming and vacuum-forming packaging products. Our manufacturing facility comprises of both high-end equipment and machinery is fully operated in a clean environment to ensure product quality and suitable to produce materials for all types of industries and is adheres to rigid global quality standard.
Our machinery uses materials such as PETS, PVC, PP, HIPS, OPS (Antistatic and Conductive) to produce quality packaging products for many industries. In addition, the company also produces additional value added and packing materials such as the air-bubble and antistatic plain that are produced in bag & sheet forms as well as normal and antistatic polyethylene foam. We also produce HDPE/LDPE plastic in bags, sheet, roll forms and PP Corrugated sheet or box. Some examples of vacuum forming applications:
- Electronic : Dust-free IC trays for electronic chips
- Consumer Products : Packaging and blister trays
- PE Foam : Protective layer for automotive parts
Our products are sold to numerous MNC companies and manufacturers serving both local and global markets. With a good knowledge base, excellent engineering and innovative approaches, we are transforming to be a leading productivity partner to growing number of leading international companies.
Our Factory
Our manufacturing facility is located at No. 14 & 15, Jalan CH Light Industries 2A, Kawasan Perindustrian Ringan College Height, 71700 Pajam, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The factory has a built-up area of 16,000 square feet, fully equipped with high-end machinery and operated in a clean environment to meet global quality standards.
Our facility includes a Cleaning Room classified at Class 10,000, ensuring a dust-controlled production environment suitable for sensitive electronic component packaging.
